Deductibles and Copays apply as if they were an in-person office visit.

You can have a session with a counselor in your own home while still receiving exceptional care.

While Online Counseling may seem like a fairly new method of counseling, it is a secure, private and time saving way to engage in therapy. You don’t even have to drive to your counseling appointment.

We are hoping Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina’s Federal Employee program will continue to cover online counseling.
