Online Counseling/Telemental Health/Tele Behavioral Health are terms it is referred to by many insurance providers. The terms can be used interchangeably.

CCS is honored to serve our military. Active Duty Dependents and Retirees are able to utilize this secure and convenient method of counseling without a referral. Active Duty service members are required by Tricare to obtain a referral prior to engaging in sessions if they would like to utilize their Tricare benefits.

You can meet with a licensed counselor/therapist from the comfort of your home. This convenient method can enhance the counseling experience.

Online Counseling is a fairly new way of counseling. It is considered a relaxing and convenient way to meet. If you live in NC, you can choose a counselor from any CCS location. A counseling session can take place using your device in your home, car or even your yard!
